Terms and Conditions:​

1. Appointment timings are subject to availability and may change with prior notice.

2. Patients are responsible for providing accurate medical history and information during consultations.

3. The doctor-patient confidentiality will be maintained at all times.

4. Any misuse of the online platform or disrespectful behavior towards the doctor will result in termination of services.

Privacy Policy:​

1. Patient medical records are stored securely and accessed only by authorized personnel.

2. Communication between the patient and doctor will be kept confidential.

Refunds/Cancellations:

1. Consultation fees are non-refundable, if the appointment is cancelled by the patient.

2. In case of cancellation by the doctor, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule the appointment at the earliest convenience.

3. Patients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

4. Refunds will not be provided for missed appointments or late cancellations.
